Upstate New York Nonprofit Selects Squarespace to Spread Mission

Any organization with a goal of enriching the lives of underprivileged kids gets our full attention here at Fix8 Media. So when one of our partner agencies, SparkShoppe, approached our Squarespace designers with the opportunity to build a website for Fast Break Fund—an upstate New York nonprofit dedicated to helping kids—we were super excited to collaborate on the project.

At Fix8 Media, our Squarespace designers and developers are particularly passionate about working with nonprofit organizations, building professional Squarespace websites that share their mission while facilitating support via donations and volunteerism. Starting in the Squarespace Impact template, we built a scrolling home page showcasing the kids helped by the organization in photos and video. Calls to action lead visitors into the site to learn more about the programs, events, and volunteer opportunities. The new Squarespace website features an intuitive calendar of events, a Scholarships page with a link to complete an application, the the ability to register for the many sports and wellness programs offered by Fast Break Fund. A link out to the organization’s donation tool of choice features prominently in the navigation, quickly and easily facilitating online giving.

The new Fast Break Fund Squarespace website is a great example of why Squarespace is such a wonderful fit for nonprofits looking to market their programs, attract volunteers, and collect donations supporting their cause.
