A Fresh, Mission-Driven Redesign for SAFER
We recently helped refresh the website for the Somos Accelerator for Economic Resilience (SAFER), a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing economic opportunity, equity, and community resilience. SAFER supports mission-driven organizations that use land and real estate to promote social and economic development, helping close the wealth gap and build lasting generational wealth.
The new website is intentionally simple. A clean, straightforward design where less is more. The focus wasn’t on overcomplicating things with heavy visuals or complex layouts, but on creating an experience that lets SAFER’s mission speak for itself. The soft cream background and bold orange accents feel confident and optimistic, setting the right tone for an organization built around empowerment and economic resilience.
Throughout the site, calls to action are placed thoughtfully to guide visitors toward key goals. Learning more, getting involved, and donating. The layout is uncluttered and intuitive, making it easy for visitors to understand what SAFER does and why it matters.
This refresh wasn’t about reinventing SAFER’s online presence. It was about refining it. The result is a modern, focused website that captures the organization’s purpose without distraction. It’s a space that reflects SAFER’s work in a simple, honest way and helps visitors connect with its mission right from the first click.
