A Confident Online Presence: Brick Road Counseling's Refreshed Website
Brick Road Counseling has been a longtime client of Fix8 Media, and when it came time for a site refresh, we were excited to help bring their online presence up to date. Based in Sacramento, California, Brick Road Counseling provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to teens, adults, and families. Their team specializes in supporting parents through the challenges of raising children, with a strong focus on in-home services and building deeper family connections.
Their previous website was already built on the Duda platform, but over time, the design no longer reflected the warmth and professionalism of their practice. Our goal was to keep the functionality that worked, improve the overall user experience, and modernize the look and feel without losing the calm and grounded tone that defines their brand.
This was more than just a visual update. We approached the redesign as an opportunity to create a better experience for both first-time visitors and returning clients. The structure of the site was reorganized to make it easier to navigate by service, therapist, or concern. A refreshed color palette and cleaner layout bring new energy to the site while maintaining a sense of softness and approachability.

A key part of the project was updating their Simple Practice integration. We worked with the Brick Road team to embed and style the platform so that appointment scheduling feels native to the site. Clients can now book sessions with less friction, and the visual continuity helps reinforce trust.
Built once again on the Duda platform, the site takes advantage of Duda's powerful CMS tools, allowing the Brick Road team to post blog content and make updates as needed without technical support. The new site is also fully mobile-responsive, ensuring their clients can access what they need no matter what device they're using.
