Back in 2018, Fix8 Media built a Squarespace website for Wild Child, a California-based children’s gym that was just opening its doors to host classes, parties, and events. As the business evolved over the last six years—including the addition of a second location—so do did its website needs.
“Wild Child had simply grown out of its Squarespace website,” says Fix8 Media CEO and Duda design expert Josh Neimark. “They returned to Fix8 with a need for an updated design that represented both locations and seamlessly integrated with MindBody, a third-party booking software.”
Fix8 Media Duda experts were eager to effect the Squarespace to Duda migration, as not only did this accomplish updating the design and user experience of the website, but also the overall site performance. The new Duda website opens with motion video background that flows into calls to action by age group. Visitors can quickly click in to see what Wild Child has to offer their children. Schedules for each location, class descriptions, party options, and camps are easy to find and learn more about. The Duda Announcement Bar features prominently to market memberships and class packages.
All in all, the new Duda website is far superior to is Squarespace predecessor in both performance and accessibility—ensuring it’s fun and easy for parents to book activities for their kids!
Play time,
Fix8 Media
