National artisanal cheese brand Yancey’s Fancy sought to redesign its current website to make it more user-friendly while delectably presenting its extensive product line. Based in upstate New York, the brand’s cheeses are sold nationwide, so in addition to promoting the brand, the new Duda website also has to act as a resource for current retailers.
The home page opens with a gorgeous banner followed by a panel of images that lead visitors directly into the various product lines. A festive medley of cheese boards for a variety of occasions follows, showcasing the beautiful presentations that can be crafted with the company’s various offerings.
The Fix8 Media team designed the brand’s product lines using Dynamic Pages, which enables the client to easily update or add products to the website. “At Fix8 Media, we’re all about making websites as foolproof and user-friendly as possible for our clients,” says Fix8 Media Creative Director and Duda website design expert Josh Neimark. “The Duda tools inherently make that a possibility, but when designing websites with as many products and product lines as Yancey’s, we architect the back end for maximum flexibility and usability for our clients.”
A broker portal is also included in the website functionality, enabling sales reps for the brand to access sales and marketing materials conveniently through the website—making it as much of a sales resource as it is a delicious presentation of artisan cheeses.
